- In this training, you will gain an understanding of how reducing food waste is good for the planet and your wallet. We will share strategies to combat food waste, minimize food spoilage and use the food you have.
- Gain an understanding of statewide Organics Management Laws and the Department of Ecology’s goals as described in The Use Food Well plan.
- Learn about how food waste contributes to greenhouse gas emissions that intensify climate change, and what you can do help Clark County residents prevent food waste.
